Business Development Specialist

Grape Law Firm, PLLC is looking for a talented colleague for the “Business Development Specialist” position in Türkiye. Grape Law is a New York-based, young, and dynamic law firm dedicated to helping immigrants worldwide navigate the immigration process and obtain citizenship.

As we expand our presence in Brazil, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role is remote and follows New York time zone working hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Brazilian market, with a focus on expanding client base and strategic partnerships.
• Participating regularly in fairs and events to engage in collaborative activities and generate potential customer leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic business initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor outreach and campaigns.
• Support client acquisition through presentations, networking events, and compelling business proposals.
• Track and analyze KPIs and business performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
