CFO

Grape Law Firm, PLLC is looking for a talented colleague for the “CFO” position in Türkiye. Grape Law is a New York-based, young, and dynamic law firm dedicated to helping immigrants worldwide navigate the immigration process and obtain citizenship.

We're currently seeking an ambitious and talented CFO to join our team. This role is remote and follows New York time zone working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support the firm’s growth and long-term goals.
• Oversee all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure financial accuracy, integrity, and compliance with local regulations and global accounting standards.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, investments, and financial risk.
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights to the executive team and partners based on financial analysis and projections.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Drive operational efficiency by evaluating and improving financial systems, tools, and internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting teams, ensuring a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations for board meetings, investors, and senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of senior financial leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Familiarity with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and financial systems. (?)
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Clear communication skills and high ethical standards
