Client Intake Specialist

Grape Law Firm, PLLC is looking for a talented colleague for the “Client Intake Specialist” position in Türkiye. Grape Law is a New York-based, young, and dynamic law firm dedicated to helping immigrants worldwide navigate the immigration process and obtain citizenship.

We're currently seeking an ambitious and talented Growth Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute significantly to the expansion of our Sales department. This role is remote and follows New York time zone working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming inquiries by phone or email from clients
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Monitor and manage potential customer engagement processes
• Work closely with the Sales Team to keep the CRM updated, preparing reports and following up
• Conducts administrative duties to assist the sales department
• Maintain and update the system, ensuring data accuracy
• Coordinate necessary activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of processes
• Take part in new projects and programs to be implemented to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field: any social sciences
• New graduate or having 1-2 years of work experience,
• Fluent in English
• Detail-oriented with a strong propensity for follow-up
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Confident in communication and possesses a proactive attitude
• A good team player
