Operation Specialist

Grape Law Firm, PLLC is looking for a talented colleague for the “Operation Specialist” position in Türkiye. Grape Law is a New York-based, young, and dynamic law firm dedicated to helping immigrants worldwide navigate the immigration process and obtain citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract preparation processes for clients with whom agreements have been reached,
• Track customer payments and ensure that relevant records are entered into the system in a timely manner,
• Carry out invoicing processes in coordination with the accounting team,
• Perform data entry and tracking in operational processes,
• Support the daily operational tasks of the sales and accounting teams,
• Contribute to the improvement of general operational processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields,
• 2 years of experience in a similar position,
• Proficient in using technological tools, MS Office and preferably accounting programs,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Team player with strong communication skills,
• High planning and organizational skills.
