Product Owner

Grape Law Firm, PLLC is looking for a talented colleague for the “Product Owner” position in Türkiye. Grape Law is a New York-based, young, and dynamic law firm dedicated to helping immigrants worldwide navigate the immigration process and obtain citizenship.

The Role
You’ll be the single-threaded owner of our new product line, partnering closely with attorneys, paralegals, engineers, UX designers, and firm leadership. Your mission: translate complex legal workflows into intuitive digital experiences that delight users and drive measurable efficiency for the firm.

Responsibilities
- Define & evangelize the product vision – craft a clear roadmap that aligns with both our legal practice needs and overall business strategy.

- Own the backlog – write crisp epics and user stories, prioritize ruthlessly, and ensure engineering always knows what success looks like.

- Lead discovery & research – run client and attorney interviews, map journeys, validate assumptions, and turn insights into requirements.

- Measure what matters – establish KPIs (e.g., time-to-file, client satisfaction, adoption rates) and use data to iterate quickly.

- Communicate & coordinate – be the connective tissue from C-suite to development team; report progress, celebrate wins, and surface risks early.

Qualifications
- 5 + years in Product Management / Product Owner roles, ideally with SaaS or enterprise software.

- Demonstrated success shipping complex B2B or internal platforms end-to-end. Proven knack for turning ambiguity into shipped product—you’ve cut scope, shipped fast, and iterated based on data.

- Bonus: experience in the legal domain (case management, legal tech) or a background in law/compliance.

- Proficiency with agile methodologies and modern product tooling. Comfortable reading a Figma file, scanning a Nuxt component list, or discussing API constraints with developers (no coding required, but technical empathy is key).

- Strong stakeholder-management chops—you can translate attorney speak into developer stories and vice versa. Strong, concise written communication—your specs get a “thumbs-up” on first read.

- User-first mindset: you can articulate the “why” behind every backlog item and tie it to a measurable outcome.

- Self-starter: you default to action, unblock yourself, and make reversible decisions quickly.

- Fluent in agile/lean practices and familiar with tools like Linear, PostHog, and Sentry, or eager to learn them fast.

- Excellent written & verbal communication in Turkish and English.
